3. Payment and Renewal
Payments are non-refundable.
Subscription renewals must be completed before the expiration date to maintain uninterrupted access.
If the subscription is not renewed, you may download your data within 15 days of the expiration date. After this period, we are not responsible for retaining your files or data.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:
Violation of these terms.
Illegal or prohibited use of our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of data due to non-renewal.
Service interruptions caused by external factors beyond our control.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ahmedabad, India.
7. Updates
These Terms of Service are applicable from 7 January 2025 until any other changes are updated here.
